A Personal Message from Coach Olivera

When I founded Dallas Select Baseball, my goal was simple: to create a place where athletes could not only improve their skills but truly thrive. Baseball has always been my passion, and I’ve seen firsthand how the sport can shape young people—teaching them about hard work, perseverance, and what it means to be part of a team.

As a coach, I strive to create an environment where every player feels valued and supported. My focus is on helping players reach their personal goals, whether it’s making the high school varsity team, gaining exposure through college showcases, or even taking their game to the next level. I believe in building relationships with my players, understanding their unique strengths and challenges, and providing the guidance they need to succeed.

It’s about more than just winning games—it's about helping athletes grow, build confidence, and discover what they are truly capable of. I’ve been fortunate to work with incredible athletes who have gone on to play at the collegiate level, and I’m excited to continue helping the next generation reach their goals.
